The production of this wine requires a special process. The wine is aged in oak barrels under flor for 1-2\nyears and has an elegant walnut and raisin flavour profile accompanied by concentrated dried apple and pear notes.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The vintage of 2015 was an odd one. The winter had been extremely cold and gave way to a dry spring, making good budburst and flowering.
