A clear, pale greenish-yellow wine with a light, easy movement and a youthful appearance.
Its clean and lively aroma combines white fruits, citrus and barrel spices, enriched by more complex aromas resulting from aging.
Medium-bodied on the palate, with a truly refreshing acidity, the fruitiness and persistent liveliness found in the aroma are also evident. It is characterized by deeper and relatively more complex aromatics, embellished with some creaminess and mineral notes. The characteristics of the grape variety and the terroir come through beautifully in the finish, which is intensely supported by the various elements of natural winemaking.
11–12 °C-on behűtve kissé zsírosabb és savérzetben gazdagabb fogásokhoz, akár káposztás ételekhez, füstölt halakhoz, érlelt félkemény sajtokhoz is szívesen ajánljuk.
