It has a light greenish-yellow appearance with fine bubbles of carbonic acid.
On the nose, there are hints of floral, white-fleshed fruit, freshly squeezed grapefruit and herbaceous notes.
On the palate, a slightly lighter body and a pleasantly lively acidity offer refreshingly rich flavours. Its low alcohol content and steel-tank ageing follow a lighter style, with a good sense of grape varietal character and subtle minerality. Its vitality lingers long after the sip, with a slightly softer texture and roundness.
Cooled at 9-10 C˚, the wine is recommended as an accompaniment to fresh dressed salads, steamed spicy vegetables, cream soups and even fresh cheeses.
