A beautiful, varietal Hárslevelű wine, made by counterbalancing the effects of the warm vintage with slightly earlier harvesting.
When poured, it displays a bright lemon yellow color, which is accompanied by a lighter body and lower viscosity. Its aroma combines elegant floral notes with citrus fruits and minerality to create more complex characteristics. It is a medium-bodied wine with a refreshingly crisp acidity, which is complemented by a lower alcohol content (12.5%) and thus a slight airiness. Its lighter structure and refreshingly fresh character are further enhanced by the complete absence of oak aging. The flavor profile features juicy grapefruit, gooseberry, green apple, and slightly tart mineral notes. Overall, this is a truly distinctive Hárslevelű with a more pronounced structure, aromatics characteristic of the grape variety, and a perfect reflection of its terroir.
Served at 10°C, it is an excellent choice for rich salads, risottos, and even fresh goat cheese.
